What's up with all that nonsense prose at the end of his post?

Ok, I just made that up, but.. is there software that generates this
stuff or do schizophrenics make it up, or what?  I've seen this sort
of thing more than a few times over the years.  Also, what is the
point?  Hogging bandwidth?  Steganography messages?

Fascinating, from a anthropological POV.

They are just kooks or meowers, sometimes they just deconstruct text, either
by themselves (which I doubt) or with the use of a generator (as they are
probably not enough intelligent to do so correctly)  :)
