VR is a pretty realistic F1-type simulator. There's a few gripes. like
circuits with banked turns, etc. but overall, pretty good road 'feel'
and REALLY SMOOTH graphics. The sound blows, and since my buddy
owns a game room, I got a chance to really dig into the diagnostics;
there's no hope for improving the audio, especially that damn music
playing all the time.

Tyre changes a bit silly; they start losing grip after the third lap,
and I didn't see any way to select compounds...maybe too much for a
coin-op, but really...

It wants you to stay on the racing line, but it's all armwork- don't let
it be said that the game's not a challenge, especially on the GP mode-
20 laps per race. Multiple "car" stations allow head-to-head racing, and
I just saw a place in Worcester Mass. that had 4 connected.

Magnetic clutch for manual shifts, and a pesky 7th (!) gear. Careful, the
switches for the shifter commonly break; try the automatic unless you're
sure.

Check it out- I sure dumped a lot of change into it....
