I read in Sim Racing News,

that Nascar2 is being written to take advantage of the new "Rendition chip"
which will produce 16-bit texture mapping at 37FPS on a lowly Pentium 75.
The Rendition chip boards are not out yet. If you don't go with the
Rendition board They say "With a decent video card with 2Mb, the game
promises to run even better than the current IndyCar Racing II".
I don't know but I've been told...
