I currently own Nascar 99 and was wanting to know if there were enough upgrades
in NASCAR 3 to warrant an upgrade. Can some one please fill me in on the
differences. Thanks in advance.

If you have any advanced video hardware (i.e. a good 3dFx or D3D card) the
huge leap in graphics is worth it (but if you have a Rendition stick to
N99)...anything over a SB16 and you'll notice  a sound improvement...and
internet play!!!

Yes, IMO, it's worth it.
