Since has yet to be released, and weather options were never intended
to make it into the sim, how then do they drop the ball?  Granted, if
Papy promised rain, and then it turned out to be nothing more than eye
candy (or something poorly implemented), then yes; they would have
certainly dropped the ball IMHO.  Personally, I'm more interested in
the subtle nuances of a fine driving model, rather than complicating an
already difficult situation with slick tarmac.  ;)
