Force feedback wheel

Hi, just a few question I want to ask:
In my area, Act lab Force RS is selling at about half the price of Logitech
and MS Force one. Was Act lab Force really that bad or Logitech worth the
money?
Act lab Force RS only comes with a serial version (in my area), would that
be compatible with all the current racing games? Is it really worth for
extra bucks to upgrade to USB?
Any user feedback from Act Lab Force RS?
Anyone know is the extra gear change machanism on their website for Act lab
Force RS out yet?

Many thanks.

I have heard both were good.

I think so. One of the #1 selling points of the Logitech for me was USB.
You just plug it in and it works...

I believe it is out, but the game has to be specially written for it. At
least that is what I read from other posts here.

Hello,

I just did a review of the ACT LABS Force RS over at http://www.NASCAR-3.com
Look under reviews.

I personally love the ACT LABS Force RS. It comes with both a Serial and USB
connection and is easy to install.  The Logitech is a good wheel as well, but I
prefer the ACT LABS.  Not to mention their upcoming RS Shifter.  It should be
out within 2 to 3 weeks from my understanding.

If the ACT LABS Force RS is really 1/2 the price...  BUY IT!

for 109.00 and ive seen a logitech FF listed at one time for 109.

Back ordered there at $110.  It says that they had expected shipment on the
15th, but did not receive it and have not been updated by their supplier.

I have not found a single place online with these wheels for under $140 that
is not backordered.
