GP2-Strange Joystick Calibration

GP2-Strange Joystick Calibration

by bbu.. » Wed, 11 Dec 1996 04:00:00

Does anybody have this problem or know how to solve it.

For some reason my joystick does not move to the right edge of the box
or the bottom edge of the box, for right and bottom calibration.

During a game it is fine for a while but then after a while when
holding the stick straight it will veer to the left.

Any ideas?

I've seen the problem if you run GP2 under Win95. In that case you will
have to calibrate your joystick in the Win95 control panel.
If the settings change during play, you might have a faulty joystick. Try
other games ect....

I also have calibration problems. I have put it down to the way my game
port card is intialized. Don't know how to fix it, but I have less
problems when I go into GP2 from DOS and not through WIN95.
