from reactorcritical.com, but if I turn on FSAA in D3D, all
I get is something that looks like an oil painting, and no where
near drivable frame rates (like 3 fps).

What kind of processor are you using? I'm getting a PIII 933 in another week
and have been planning on getting a GeForce II GTS 64 meg card in order to
run FSAA with a 19" monitor and resolutions above 1024x768 (or at least at
that level, as opposed to just 800x600).

who are *** in mine eyes!
I'll try setting the desktop to 16 bit (is at 32 bit normally) and see
if that helps. I have an Athlon 800, so I should get 36 fps also :)
Dennis.
I've got PIII 450 running at 600 and GP3 runs at full res under 100% at
23fps. PII 933 and GeForce 2 will be overkill for every current game
especially as GPL runs no higher than 36fps and GP3 25Fps. Also FSAA doesn't
work at over 1024x786 with the 5.33 drivers. However at really high res
1600x1200 and above you cannot see any jaggies anyway so FSAA is a waste of
time. As I said it is really only good for running old low res games.
Enjoy jour new system

I've just won my first race in GP3 at Monaco and it feels fantastic although
I'm not quite crying like Barricello
