I've rewritten the database and code slightly to be able to mark
tracks as missing and reroute their download links to Pauls server
where I've uploaded the 138 tracks I found to be missing.

So right now all GPL tracks SHOULD be available again. If you find any
download link at the track database not leading you to a download of a
track please give me a holler here

1.
If you absloutely do not want your track hosted this way while you're
waiting to get your RSC subsite back up again just tell me and I'll
remove your tracks.

2.
When the RSC subsites start reappearing I'll of course reroute the
download links back to your own page again!

    Paul used to be a *** NFS player and hung out on totalnfs.net alot,
until about 2 years ago when a few of us never-say-die NFS5 racers moved
over to GPL.  Paul is by far the best of that group, not only racing but
maintaining a server, a league, and really supporting the community.  A
great guy!
