    Fast Lap Formula-Each driver is ranked by their fast lap, the fastest
being 1st.  Then the driver's position is subtracted from 16 (ie. 5th would
be 16-5=11).  The result for each driver is added up at each track.
 Qualifying counts 1:1, while Race counts 2:1.  Each driver's season total
then is divided by .576, then divided again by 10, then multiplied by 8.4,
then divided by 10.  Drivers who run the fastest lap at each track receives a
10 point bonus.  The maximium number of points is 1000.

                           Race Descriptions
Novice:
        Storms will dampen your race, W's and Traction Control are a must.
It's
going to be a tough start, with the AI cars getting a big jump.  However, you
still have a chance to win, for in testing, I finished 3rd, only 4 sec.
behind the winner, but you'll need a clean race.  Wheel spin is a huge
problem here(the lower human BHP helps, but not much), so no sudden moves
exiting the turns.  This is basically 11 laps of pure hell.  Don't worry
though, this is the final wet race of the season.
