Novice:
        Aussie offers a challenge at the start with a short run to a chicane
, a site for possible disaster.  Those in the front will have a big
advantage.  In this sprint race, neither traffic nor tyres will be a
problem, just get through the first chicane.

        Congrats to Steve Habenicht and to Osvaldo Santos for winning.
        Now to next season.  First, the scehdule has been finalized, and
I'll be releasing it this week.  Second, a question has been raised
concerning AI BHP, whether there should be a manditory setting for AI BHP.  
There are a couple drivers who feel that each driver should be free to set
the AI BHP to what they want to fit their driving ability and have a more
exciting race.  I'd like to get EVERYONE'S opinion on this.

send their log file in optionally.

    Fast Lap Formula-Each driver is ranked by their fast lap, the fastest
being 1st.  Then the driver's position is subtracted from 16 (ie. 5th would
be 16-5=11).  The result for each driver is added up at each track.
 Qualifying counts 1:1, while Race counts 2:1.  Each driver's season total
then is divided by .576, then divided again by 10, then multiplied by 8.4,
then divided by 10.  Drivers who run the fastest lap at each track receives
a 10 point bonus.  The maximium number of points is 1000.

        I will be also sending out the Driver Standings scored by the
traditional point system for those who might be wondering how much of a
difference our time system and the points system is.
