for $20. It's the best deal I've had on a game in a long time,
because I'm having a ball with it. I haven't played a racing game
since the cars were represented by ugly boxes with no textures, so
needless to say I was blown away by the graphics in NFSIII.
The only bad thing I have to say about the game is that the manual is
a bit lacking. There are a couple things I can't figure out, possibly
due to my lack of experience with racing games... What does
"resetting" your car (R key) do? And what are the differences between
Class A, B, and C cars? Do you still recieve bonus cars/tracks for
racing against lower class cars?
Next to NFSIII on the shelf at the store was NFS4, and since I'm
enjoying NFSIII so much, I'm probably going to get 4 eventually.
However, I heard that the optimal system requirements for NSF4 are
much higher than NFSIII. I'm using a P2-300, w/64MB & Voodoo2 SLI.
Will it run okay on my rig?
Thanks,
