GP2 tracks in order?

by Michael Bar » Sun, 23 Nov 1997 04:00:00

Does anybody have any idea what the best method is to place the
championship season in the correct order for gp2? I was just planning to
rename the original circuit .dat files and cut and paste into the
circuits directory.

GP2 tracks in order?

This should work fine for hotlapping at least, but it will cause a few problems:

- troubles with the AI on some circuits (for example when the original circuit
had the pits on the right, and the new one has them on the left)
- different laptimes (the same track in a different position gives different
griplevels or something)
- game crashes if you accidentally replay an "old" hotlap on a circuit that you
put in a different order

Some problems experienced personally, some from other people.
