Now that the big discussion about tire temps is all over, I have
a confession to make. I don't know who said that optimum tire temps
are around 220, but I never get anywhere NEAR that. I can get about
210 at Bristol on the RF, but at tracks like Michigan, get real! High
temps might be 190. The only time I get anything above that is when I
go squealing through a turn, and we all know what that results in. I'm
sorry, but am I missing something?
