After testing both the new logitech Wingman Force and the
MS FFPro, I actually decided to go with the MS stick...I
have to admit when I tried the MS stick one year agom I didn't
8like it, noisy fan, almost no software support, cause game
to slow down...all in all, it sucked.

But now, the 2.0 has removed the fan, many games support...
And no more game slow-downs, yeah !

BTW, G-police is by far the BEST force feedback game, tons
of effects ! (I couldn't get the f8orce feedback of logitech 8stick to work
with g-police2 ?)

I tried NFS3 with both sticks, the effects are the same, but
the torque produced by the logitech one is larger (I cranked
all the settings to 150%)  There is absolutely no slow-down
with both sticks, very very fun :)

Anyway, I can still return the two sticks, but I've decided
keep the MS FF Pro, because it has more buttons and "twist"
*** support, and its less bulky size and finally, very
strangely, I actually like the rattling sound/feeling from
the MS FFPro stick (due to the vibration of the stick and
its buttons)

Also, I find that the MS FF wheeel is out too, it uses
soundblaster midi port too, wonder if there will be a
USB adapter for MS FF products ?

Is there any real advantage to having a FF stick with USB over the stand
joystick port? And what about games without FF support, the demo Sidewinder
at CompUSA feels absolutely shitty when playing no FF games...the stick is
limp  like a dead snake.

Do they actually have it hooked up/powered up at CompUSA?  At the local
Best Buy, they just have one sitting out on the shelf, and yeah, it feels
like a "dead snake".  However, when powered up, the stick's motors cause
the stick to behave like a normal joystick (ie. center return, etc).
Playing a non-FF game works just as well as a FF game with the stick.
