So you're suggesting OLR can thank their lucky stars they're allowed to host
the mods on their pay service?

This is where I see the SBDT having problems. With so many excellent mods -
of which the GT mod really is just one - what can they offer!!

You're right. These mods actually do sound exciting now. Do you think a
wheelbarrow mod will be next? The trucks could deliver them. Billy Buck Joe
Bob blasts around the track at 4mph due to the powerful pushin' he gets from
his sister/wife.

I've tried every mod for F1 2002 and the only ones I can stand are
GTR, F360 Challenge, and the 3rd-party Mini Challenge.  I'm not saying
the others are bad, I just don't find them nearly as convincing.  They
certainly aren't as professionally packaged.

Well if that gets implemented as fast as the new interface for OLR has..
you should see the PWF mods on OLR sometime in the year 2006

They aren't going to implement the front end until Papy releases the patch,
which makes sense.

Let me rephrase that... it makes sense "now" - not back in February when the
new front end was "close".    ;)

Sorry for not being good at posting newsletters. lol.  When you have
over 1000 drivers in your league and have many members and external
people asking you the same question over and over, I tried to create a
newsletter type message and let people know that we will have it on
our servers.  We also got permission from Project Wildfire to post the
newsletter with their approval.

As for redirector and that other garbage? that will be gone very
soon<grin>

I really liked what OLR is trying to do.  I was a big supporter of them for
over a year (even paying my monthly fees to them when I was not even racing
due to lack of other members).

However, there is only so many times they can announce that they are doing
something "soon" and "its just in final testing" only to make some excuse
4-5 months later when it is still "close"

 Uhhh.......Dave.......like....uhhhh....heh..heh....don't download
them...heh....heh.

What are you doing here, Dave? Aren't you supposed to be posting at
your HOME forum site that covers "Midtown Madness" and "Carmageddon"??

How can you come here and knock something that hasn't even been
released yet?
You are obviously not a fan of the great AMERICAN sport of stock car
racing.
It burns my a** to read negative posts like yours about something
everyone
else on this forum is so positive about! People like you WON'T be
missed when
the Mods comes out and the FUN is being had by all.(but you..)

                                                sho......go away
