     After playing around with the core.ini file,I no longer have any slow
motion screens with stable frame rates. Major warping and clock smashes are
fewer then before. Only lap times are longer for what feels like a faster
lap.

     If you don't like the patch,then stay with ver 1.0 as you have done.

      Don't really think you're ever going to get a slider bar for the AIs.

      I've been able to keep up with the AIs just fine. They actually seem
slower to me than they did in ver 1.0
