MTM 2 Truck Speeds?

I read on the internet last night that there is a way that you can speed up
the truck in Monster Truck Madness 2.  I have made several trucks and would
love to know how to make them go faster.  Can anyone help me out?

Um, that's cheating if you race on the internet with a truck that's been
hacked to go faster. The MTM2 patch that will be released soon addresses
this and also makes it impossible to cheat by altering the tracks using the
track editor. The cheating is one of the main reasons for the patch.

I know that is cheating.  However I do not intend to use it for internet
play.  Just to goof around with and see how high and how far I can make the
trucks jump.  Just for fun not for when I am racing others.  By the way I
am aware of what the new patch for I have read all about that.
