Does anyone know how to disable the game port on the SB AWE32
sound card?

From the AWE32 "Getting Started" manual, page 1-2:
"..disable the joystick port on your audio card by removing the jumper
block from JP18".
The jumper should be part of a bank of six just to the right of the ASP
socket, labelled "JYEN".
