Okay, someone must have had this problem before. Why is the Garage
unavailable in my version of NASCAR 1.21?

Any help appreciated

Yes, I've also experienced this. I contacted the folks a Papyrus, and
was told that they knew of the problem, but didn't know why it happened
or how to fix it. It possibly has something to do with a lack of
available memory.

In my case, I was running V1.21 with the iwcccars car set, and got the
message "Can't load garage". I found that by switching back to the
cars94 default set, I could load the garage. So now I do all my testing
in the default set (my testing car :) ) and race with the iwcccars set.

Perhaps not the best answer, but an answer anyhow!

> When you get that message try going to replay,then exit replay

and try to enter the garage again.
This occasional problem has been around since v.1

I've found that you're unable to load the garage if the replay is being
reset, ie re-loaded. This is because you cannot load two or more files
simultaneously. A OS/hardware shortcoming, not Papyrus.
