NASCAR v1.21 and another problem

I see some talk of NASCAR v1.21 but I don't really know what it is or what it
fixes. Could somone please explain the 6 W's (who/what/where/when/why/whow) of
v1.21 for me and the other newbies?

     On another note - Recently, NASCAR has been locking up on me. There are no
specific series of events that happen before the tube locks up. I tried
uninstalling and re-installing but it's still happening. WIN95 device manager
shows No Problems. Anyone having a similar prob???

FYI:
I'm running an Acer P60, 16mb ram, Thrustmaster Joystick, Acer A-20 Sound Card.

NSCAR V1.21 Is an upgrade for NASCAR Racing.  It is available on the
Sierra/Papyrus web site.  www.papy.com under the support are for sports
games.
You must have a legal version of the game to load this. It is just an
upgrade.
Can't help you with your other problem.
