What is the general consensus? I hear there is going to be GL patch for
CPR, but the Viper says it supports open GL on the box. Does this mean
that the Viper will run the CPR GL patch?

If that wasnt enough the D3D performance is about 25% better than the
Voodoo based cards.
The Voodoo-based cards rules in GL( read Quake) and when using its
Native API, Glide, it can produce amazing stuff.
The Vipers GL-performance is not in the same class. I havent tried it
myself but I have read that on the same computer the Viper managed about
20fps in GLQuake and theVoodoo card scored 40fps
So if you have a good 2d card already, get a Voodoobased card. But if
your 2d card sucks and you think its enough to play D3D games go for
the Viper.

I have a Viper 330 and a Monster 3dfx card in my P II/300. Is there a way
that I can choose which card runs CPR?
