  I have a quick question regarding registry tweaking with the PDPI L4
card.  Generally speaking, how big a range should your throttle and brake
axes be set to?  I have an original model TSW with their spec pots.  With
registry values of 20,20,20,20 I'm getting a range of 196 on my steering
axis, 57 on my brake axis, and 64 on my throttle axis.  At first I thought
the brake and throttle axes were *WAY* off.  But then I remembered that
the steering range is for 180 degrees of pot rotation while the brake and
throttle ranges are for only 90 degrees of pot rotation.  So, do I try to
tweak to get the steering and brake axes proportional to the steering
axis?  In my case this would be a range of about 100.  Or should I try to
tweak to get approximately the same range out of the brake and throttle
axes as I have in the steering axis?  In my case a value of roughly 200.

You should tweak  the register values so that you get as big range as
possible. In your case that means reducing the value of the first register
value somewhat (I suggest 18...), and a bit more with the pedal axis' (10?)...

You could start out with: 18,10,10,XX (the last one isn't needed, as you have
only three axis')...

Reboot, windows doesn't load the new register settings without rebooting...

Now watch the ranges, and adjust the registers accordingly. The biggest value
is 255, so you have to stay within that limit (if exceeded, your input device
won't cause any change in value beyond this limit).

The values are in hex numbers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, A, B, C, D, E, F),
so the number preceeding 20 is 1F...
