Absolutely. ICR2 in SVGA on a P133 ran FANTASTICALLY well IMO. The
difference between 2Mb and 4Mb video memory is greater colour depth at
higher resolutions. Work it out: 1024x768x16million etc. Since games
run at 640x480, with some going higher, you do not need any more
memory. 2Mb will get you 1024x768x64kcolours. Show me a game that runs
well at that resolution! 4Mb will get you 1280x1024xhuge-colours.
You'll need a good monitor to handle these colour depths/resolutions
at reasonable refresh rates (>75Hz). VRAM vs DRAM? VRAM is faster at
higher resolutions/colour depths.
Absolutely definitely. Do not skimp on the controller after purchasing
a PC like that above.
