Any GT3 like games for Xbox ??

I just recently got an Xbox and am looking for any GT3 like games. I bought
PGR1 and don't like the "dropped in and drive what you get" kinda game. I
then got SegaGT and it's kinda fun but still no GT3. I am waiting for GT4
release for PS2, but does anyone have any good diving game reccomendations??
I also have Rallisport. Sorry for the off-topic post, but where else would I
get such good feedback than the group ?!?!       Thanks all.

There really is no game for the XBox like GT3

SegaGT is the closest.  The newer SegaGT Online is a little improvement over
the original SegaGT but still not a GT3

PGR2 is ok, but I personally do not like the whole Kudos thing.  I want to
be awarded for how fast I can run my car, now how fancy I can drive it

You should at least rent PGR2 or try the demo if you can find it, it's a lot
different from PGR1.  It's a great game with over 100 cars and 10 different
cities, plus it has the Nurburgring Nordschleife.  There is no car tuning or
upgrading but the cars are arranged in nice tiers that you have to unlock,
so it has a more logical progression than PGR1.  Some people don't like the
kudos system which is used to unlock things, but I think it works better in
PGR2 than PGR1.  In PGR1 there was a lot of emphasis on flashy driving, but
in PGR2 flashy driving is only really rewarded in the cone challenges, in
all the other events you get more kudos for racing clean and fast and
finishing well than you would from doing stunts.  So with PGR2 you get a
wide variety of cars and tracks in a progressive challenge that is completed
through skilled driving.  And the 'ring.  :o)

What is different about SegaGT Online vs. SegaGT 2002, besides the XBOX-Live
Online capabilities obviously ?

They have added some cars, some tracks and did a little bit of balancing
adjustment to the overall game

It is not worth buying it again if you already own the first one, unless you
just want to race online with it
