Yes it is, and before I installed my copy I was very concerned - I couldn't
believe they were saying they had issues with creative soundcards and nvidia
video cards, and also with the 23.11 drivers, which happen to be the latest
"official" drivers.

Well, I'm running a SB Audigy, GeForce3 Ti200, and 23.11 drivers, and so far
<knock on wood> have had no issues whatsoever. The sim runs fine for me, and
the sound  is incredible.

    I think it's not that the program has issues, but the two pieces of
hardware have problems sharing system resources.  So when you have a program
that demands a-lot from your throughput, the vidcard and the soundcard start
fighting over which gets to hang onto the pci bus the longest.
  Tom Pabst was posting last year about how the Live with Nivdia and AMD
often had problems.  I think this is just more of the same.  It would be
nice if a hardware consortium could get together and define boundaries for
each piece of equipment that can be stuffed into the box.
