How do you overdrive a P120?

by MarcSim » Thu, 01 Aug 1996 04:00:00

I have a P120 with 16meg. RAM, unfortunately it's a laptop and I'm limited
to the video card that it came with. I think it's a Cirrus Logic, it has
2MB on it.
I've tried GP2 in SVGA with no textures on and changed the frame rate up
and down while I'm driving, checked the occupancy and even when it's under
or just over 100% it still seems to give me a "strobe" effect. How do I
stop this? Please let me know if anyone can help me.

Thanks,
   Marc Simon

Change the jumpers setting on the motherboard. You will need the manual
of your motherboard
