Looking at a Momo (Thrustmaster) wheel...(sorry I don't have the model--dumb
sumb me..)..Red with leather and steel paddles...$199 at Best Buy...is worth
it?   Using a non FF MS wheel now...I know it should be better...but worth the
$$?  Any advice appreciated...only been doing this a year or so..time to up the
equipment...

The Momo is Logitech, not Thrustmaster, and yes it is a very good wheel. I
love mine.
I paid the same at Best Buy, but you might want to check out the internet, I
have seen where some are getting it cheaper now.
Now that I have FF I don't think I could go back to a non FF wheel.

I love mine. I got mine from newegg.com for 150 plus 15 for shipping. This
is my third wheel since N2 was new and I can see it*** around for a
long while.

DON'T overpay at Worst Buy. ;0)  Actually, it's a great store for "retailer"
consumers but internet savvy wholesale-types can do better.  How's $156,
including fedex saver shipping and no tax?

Try the best online seller I've ever used (I'm NOT affiliated in any way,
just extremely impressed with their service and prices):

www.newegg.com

BTW, the MOMO kicks butt.  I own a TSW2, original LWFF and MOMO is the best
of the lot.

Me too.  Can't say I find the MOMO very comfortable though.

I just got the MOMO wheel from Buy.Com.  $158 and free shipping.
Either that or newegg.com I would go with.  Oh and the wheel is really
great.  Returned a TM Nascar FF Pro because it felt too "gritty".
Although this one is gear driven as well it isn't nearly as noticable.
Looking forward to performing the squash ball brake pedal mod though,
the brake pedal effort is way too light on the thing.

Of course if you wanna spend the extra $40 at BB...feel free...our
economy could use the help :)
