One thing worries me though. The absence of any blue in the sky and not a
cloud in sight. How will we be able to turn this off at Monaco when
processor occupancy goes to 400% ;-)

No they haven't got the FIA license yet, so it's Micky Schomucher in a
Fellina about to lap Derik Hint in a Jolly :-)

It's good to see that Geoff has finally learned that you need to have
camber on the track.  The screen shot certainly seems to show that Geoff
has spent some time with Papy sims during his long holiday.

Well it does have blue sky, but they had to turn it off to get good
framerates in the screenshot :-)

Err no not D3D, but it will support all VESA graphics card with 16
colors at resolutions up to 400x300 (although that one is for the future
as no current pc is capable of running it at more than 10fps at
400x300).

Here's what else it will support:
*All known 101/102-key controllers (also know as keyboards)
*Up to 32 players in multiplayer, although only one at the time
*The "super-duper-mega"-physics engine which allows you to steer the
frontwheels and have speed up and slow down controls to simulate
accelerator and brake, and they're even trying to include gearchanges!
*New feature to ensure good framerates (the game time slows down)!
*Stunning visual effects like: lensflare, dirt on the visor, cars on the
track!

cheers :-)
