NASCAR Demo Problem

I am having a problem with the NASCAR demo program.  After unzipping it, I try to
run it and get the intro screen with "Papyrus" on it, but hten it bombs and I get
an error message saying, in effect, "Cannot find CARS.  Incomplete
installation?".  The directory CARS is there.  Is this what it is looking for?
By the way, this is not due to the lack of the '-d' option when unzipping.  I have
done that.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.

When starting the program you need to use:

nascar -i
       ^^

It won't work without the -i switch.

Yes, I have used the '-i' switch, and still get the aforementioned error.
Thanks for the help though.  Still searching ...
