Kevin,

When you install the demo, did you use "pkunzip -d" ?
If not, this is your problem.

I did use the "-d" option.  Over the weekend, I installed the
demo on a friend's Pentium and it worked like a charm.  My
lowly 386 can't hack it (as suspected).  Thanks!  Now, if I
could just get a 486/DX2 motherboard!  One of these days.
