help with panorama track!!

I tried to install the panorama track, but i got a corrupted file and
the installer doesn't work :( I tried to install it manually, but i have
an empty track.ini file and the track doesn't load.
Can somebody send me by mail this track.ini file for panorama?

And a second question: where can i  get these famous updated graphics
for nurburgring?(i saw several posts about that)
