HELP: I cant get RENDITION

I have a PACKARD BELL factory installed DIAMOND TRIDENT975 3D Accelorator
Video Card with 4meg, and i cant get rendition to run.The message that I get
is as fallows.
<UNABLE TO GET:VXD ADDRESS
<RN1 ERROR: COULD NOT INITIALIZE BOARD
<FAILED TO LOAD :SPD3D.UC
<UNABLE TO INITIALIZE VIDEO
<MAYBE NO VESA DRIVER

Please Help!!!

Try getting a Rendition video card.  I think it might help...

  Not just a Rendition card, but I'd be suprised if the Packard Bell is PCI
2.1.  He probably will need a whole new puter!...here is Dave's first rule
of computer buying...
if it says Packard anywhere on the box...walk away...

What is PCI 2.1.  I have tried enabling it and disabling it in my
BIOS, and while the benchmarks for CPU int and float performance
change a bit, there is no discernible difference overall.  My Monster
3D claims it requires PCI 2.1, but obviously not.
