NASCAR track pack...can you still buy it?

Hi There!
        I'm just now getting into NASCAR (yeah, i live in a cave ;-) and
I am VERY interested in getting the NASCAR track pack that I heard
about.  The problem is that I can't find it here.  Is it still in
production?  Any info would be appreciated.

Where do you live it has been out for at least 3 months.  Call Papyrus and
ask about it.
