In case you haven't noticed, Dave Noonan's track converter has been updated.
Seems to be a lot of changes and additions!

I'm not sure.  I've never been notified of an update period.  I only found
it because I went to the site to re-download the NR2003 updater.

It is a November update.

NR2002/2003 Track Converter Updated

I found out during a league race.  Kept saying I was using a modified
ini/track etc and booting me.  Luckily I was able to stay connected long
enough to see a message about the fix/upd.  IIRC the most currrent ver is
2.10b.
