Yes, your CD will self-destruct in 20 seconds.

It's cheaper for him to buy his own.

Oh, and just WAIT until he starts racing online with your CD Key.  It will
get real exciting for you!

Don't worry about the responses.
The Government uses spell checker.
So you can discount about 99.9% of the replies you recieve.

Hey Ian, lighten up a bit. I was trying to make a satiric point here and maybe
wake this guy up a bit (I doubt it though). What he wants info on is illegal
and he should get his ***fried for it. Too bad it won't happen.

Oh well, I guess we'll have to put up with increasingly more complicated
copyright protection schemes because of jerks like this.

>Try to read the copyright infringement laws. You are as guilty as your friend

if you knowingly lend him your disc for illegal copying. I don't think you are
an evil person or anything for this, but understand: you are contributing to a
big problem that ultimately winds up costing the honest consumer money in the
end. Not only that, think about the people whose intellectual property this
is.How would you like it if someone basically took an idea or invention of
yours and distributed it to everyone? Please don't contribute to your friend's
intended dishonesty.

hi,

i've been enjoying the mood around here and sort of enjoy the mature
attitude of folks on the ng.  maybe all those capital letters reminded
me of other irritating people i've come across.

sorry if I believed your post, but there are a lot of morons out
there.

regards,

Sure it was.  You want to let your friend copy the CD so he doesn't have to buy
it.  That *is* ripping someone off - the publisher.  If you want to copy
something, we can't stop you.  Just don't insult anyone's intelligence with
your excuses...

Eldred
p.s. I hope you and your friend don't want to race online at the same time.
