I got the latest drivers from www.act-labs.com and read the enclosed
readme.txt. It has a walk-thru to do it - it demands changes in the registry
so I wont try and drscribe it here - get the drivers and read the section
allmost at the bottom of the readme.txt

This is very interesting information. Thanks Thomas. I installed the Act
drivers from the web site right away and run DX7a with Win98. I didn't have
to do anything to the registry as the box was always there for split axis,
so I could never understand why people were having a hard time finding it.
That explains a lot ;)  A good bit of information to have.
