hmm.  Interesting.  It is a bit far.  <another plug for Chris...> If you
listened to "Track Talk" the other day you would know that thing ain't
nothing compared to what PeriSoft is doing ;-)

Damn kids and their *** ;) Some people have so much money to burn. Why
not buy a real race car and race at the track?

I don't even have enough room to put my monitor in front of my wheel (yup, I
race at an angle... shows, doesn't it? ;-)), let alone put something like
that in my house.

On top of that, the makers of that contraption can't spell. Here's hoping
they're better craftsmen than writers.

It's amazing. They could build that but still not know how to use a
spell-checker...

Really?

Try simming for five hours non-stop while your significant other is
bored. I can guarantee you you'll get hurt pretty bad, even if in a
subtle way :).

Too bad they didn't have a picture of the view through the windshield...  If I
had a million bucks, I *might* buy something like that.  Then again, I'd be
able to afford the real thing...<sigh>

Wouldn't that be illegal ? If you have a crash think of the unfortunate
person who gets hit by the monitor. I'm all for telecommuting but this *is*
a bit far IMO.

Why sit in a big expensive car lookalike and race on a little monitor
anyway. Set up four or five projectors on three huge screens in front
of the car and two behind, and then it may start to get useful. Of
course, a purpose designed house has to be built :)

LOLOL! But, Olav, with the 30 speakers at full volume, wouldn't the
neighbours complain? Perhaps the neighbourhood would need redesigning too?
