No kidding.  I *thought* that there was not a problem with driving
when my frame rate dipped down to 19 or 18 *until* I upgraded and
realized that keeping the frame rate above 30 will definetly make it
easier to drive.  BTW, if you have a Geforce II or higher the CPU is
DEFINETLY the bottleneck.  I have had many discussions about this and
I have always maintened that the CPU was the bottleneck in most cases
and that was definetly the case for me.

No, I believe it makes a difference.  I just wonder what number Nigel says is a
good framerate.  I have an Athlon 1.2 and a V5, and my fps is only 37-70 or so
at times.  Since he has a much slower system, I wouldn't expect him to get the
same numbers.  I don't really think that 37 is a good framerate, so I wonder
what his threshhold is...
