GP3 Frame Rate Program? This It?

I don't have GP3 and probably won't until my overseas copy arrives, but
keeping an eye on the boards I thought you guys that have it may want to try
this out if this is the framerate unlocker thing.
I think the guy is trying to say its a program to help the framerate in GP3,
then again frams may mean something else.

I tried it... unless u have the potential to get much higher fps, u will just
find yerself increasing PO
