the last 10 years in a variety of industries and the issue has never come up
once with any of the clients I have dealt with. Most want solutions that
fit their current infrastructure and meet their business needs.
Cross platform support is a nice feature but only if is a true requirement
and not just some nice to have feature. At the end of the day it means
little if a companies systems are all Windows based. Not saying its a
perfect world but that's how it is.
Same as with games, why go cross platform if 90%+ of your market is on one
OS. The extra effort is not justified basically.
