At C***te, I'm really loose in the beginning but I get really tight
after about 15-20 laps.  How can I fix this?  Thanks.

The car will be loose at the beginning because the tires are cold.  It
takes about 2 or 3 laps to get heat in the tires.  Try setting the car up
to be a bit more neutral after 5 or 6 laps and you'll be OK.  Also, don't
charge into the corners.  Get in easy, and you'll have a much better exit
speed.

Well, I'm having problems there, too.  The problem is most likely tire wear
and heat.  You may well be going into the corner too fast -- It seems contrary
to nature but slow down even earlier and you can get back on the throttle
quicker.  The most important factor is getting OUT of the corner, not IN to
 it.

** What is your fast lap? -- Mine is 178.911

** Let's share some info (let's do it by email if possible).

Depends whether you're talking about the handling of the car or not....

I've had the same problem, and unfortunatly, even after hours of messing with
it, the result was basicly the same.   I've heard some real NASCAR drivers
complain about the same thing at C***te, especially since they re-paved it
last year.
