Nascar2 Cross weight problem fixed

I fixed the fault with the Cross Weight adjustments that
didn't allow positive settings. Someone here suggested it was
the LAYOUT.DAT file so I replaced the "double patched" one
with the original from the CD.  And now all is fine.

I had changed some of the PCX's in the bad LAYOUT.DAT file so
I guess it didn't agree with the patched game.

Hope this helps anybody else with the same problem'o.

You must have the original, unmodified files (except for Papyrus patch
programs) when you run Papyrus patches.

I suspect your program with the original layout.dat will still exhibit
the -2.50 camber display when LF tire is set to 0.00 and that it won't
display the correct cross weight range. (Should be -300 - +300)
