Ever notice how in ICR the opponents always seem to get off the line
much quicker than you if you turn the pace lap off?  Well, it seems you
can improve the situation by, at the end of your warmup lap, holding
the throttle open until the boost pressure hits 45 (set the control for
9), then immediately exiting and going to the race.  That way you start
off with max boost pressure and get away quicker (more wheelspin tho').
Otherwise you start with the minimum pressure (31?) and get away slower.
The AI cars still outstart you but not so badly.
