Sounds like you want an arcade game.  Hum, easy CART of F1 games?  I guess
there's CPR, but it sucks so bad with the AI among other things.  As far as F1,
I'm not really sure about.  Probably GP2.  I think F1RS is harder than GP2.  I
found CART 2 relativly easy, but with all true sims, it'll take some practice
to get good.

Gp2 and Monaco Gp2 both have lots of options for making the driving easier.

You're right. In full sim mode, MGPRS2 is a handful, but it has the options
to to make it much easier.
