Please just spare a moment in the e***ment of this breaking news to
think of the death and destruction this has no doubt caused to many
American families and tourists alike. Our thoughts and prayers are with
them and all the emergency services who are at this moment risking their
lives to hopefully save others no doubt trapped in this terrible
terrible act of terrorist ***.

I was stuck in traffic during my drive into work today. Over the road ahead
I could see the smoke from the towers, being about 20 miles East of
Manhattan. This is even more terrible than the bombing, one of the planes
was a commuter plane from Boston.
During my drive in I saw about three Army helicopters flying along the coast
toward the city, and on the road I was passed by the typical black suburbans
with flashing light kits. They are closing all the bridges and tunnels into
the city, and the three major airports have been closed. New York is in a
total panic.
We most do something....

May god help the families of the victims.

I can't get anything off the net.. seems to be bogged down. But the radio
is reporting this:

One plane hits one tower.
Second plane hits the other tower. (Rumored to be a hijacked US Air 737)
Pentagon has been hit
Fire from the whitehouse possibly.

=( Thoughts and prayers to the innocent victims of this.

I was up on the roof of my building about 10 minutes ago, we saw the
increased smoke from the tower collapsing....
The united States must react strongly to this.... I can't even put into
words how horrible this is...

Its easy to go out and kill some innocent and usually unarmed. Terrorists
do not want to face down a millitary that can defend themselves.

A 757 and a 767, both hijacked. It's unreal to think that I once stood
up on that roof which I have today seen come tumbling down,
unimaginable. A shame, a waste. My thoughts are with the people
fighting for their future.
