TNT Problems with F1RS

Whenever I run F1RS all I get is a flashing screen but I can see the game
through the flashes.  I have installed the Direct3D patch and the latest CL
drivers and bios.  Is this a common problem amongst all TNT's?  Is there
something I can do to remedy the situation?  Thanks
