A. Where can I find more cars to download especially:
1. The Ford Gran Torino that Starsky & Hutch drove.
2. Police pursuit vehicles. Especially State Police or Highway Patrol
authentics.
B. When I get them, what folder do I download them to to race them in the game?

Pretty simple, there's usually a readme file in the download detailing the
specific carfile. Basically you'll unzip the file and drag and drop the
car.viv file into a new folder you'll create in your NFSIII folder under
GameData\CarModel. Good luck.
