I think your last sentence tells all! After reading a review of the TM FF
wheel and reading posts here from others who bought the TM FF and then
returned it, I decided to get a Microsoft FF wheel. Works great and also
solved the problem I was having with calibration drift and twitchy
potentiometers. This is one nice wheel! What really made the difference for
me were the pedals. They're simply the best pedals in the under $200 range
at this time. Bad pedals can turn your sim driving into a nightmare! The
Thrustmaster pedals would be my second choice but I didn't like the near
verical angle or the fact that the brake pedal sticks out so much farther
than the gas pedal. This is just my personal preference. The combination of
good pedals and a great wheel makes the MS FF my first choice. Force
Feedback is not that important to me but in those games that support FF
correctly, it does add a level of enjoyment. I spend most of my time with
GPL, Viper and NR99. Next I'm going to put up my old copy of GP2.

>In GPL the wheel doesn't self centre anymore (ok no biggie). But the

>Do I just have a bad wheel? Does anyone else have the same problem?
>I wish I could have felt the turning of the wheel before I bought it but
>I just assumed it would feel the same as the Nascar PRO.
>To slap my face even more why does the Microsoft wheel feel so good even

>All comments welcome :)
