Nascar Racing ver. 1.2

I recently bought the new Nascar "Track Pack," which updates the version
of Nascar Racing to 1.2.  But I've discovered a problem and I'd like to
know if any of you are also experiencing it.

Pit stops take twice as long as they should.  A simple stop for right
side tires, no fuel, no repairs, gets me up and down off the jack in 12
seconds, but I don't get the green light to go until nearly 30 seconds!!

Anyone else have this problem?  Please e-mail if you do, and if you've
got a solution I'd love to hear it.

Thanks,

Rob

My question is how much damage did you have when you came in?  If you had
damage near the wheels, the crew will fix that before they let you return
to the track even if you didn't want damage repaired.  This is the way it is
supposed to be because you'd only slice the new treads if it didn't
happen that way (and I'd imagine that Papyrus didn't want to do the extra
code for that).  Once the tires are clear they let you go.
